How to Cook
Cook from frozen of chilled.
Oven
- Preheat the oven and arrange your McCain Simply Potato Wedges in a single
- layer onto a baking tray and place in the upper half of the oven.
- Bake until cooked through using the cooking guidelines shown.
- Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Oven (with sunflower oil added to product)
For a crisper, more golden product apply 3 tablespoons of Sunflower oil to the tray and wedges before cooking.
Chef's Solutions
For more flavour try adding the following to a 2.5kg bag of Simply Potato Wedges and mix gently:
1 tbsp mixed herbs or
½ tbsp curry powder or
½ tbsp cajun or chilli spice
Or to add colour without spices, simply sprinkle with ground paprika.

Cooking directions based on ½ bag/1.25kg of product.
