How to Cook
For best results cook from frozen.
Oven
- Preheat oven, arrange your McCain Roasting Potatoes evenly in a single layer onto a baking tray and place in the upper half of the oven.
- Bake until crisp and light golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
- Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Deep Fry
- Place your McCain Roasting Potatoes in two baskets into the hot oil.
- Fry until crisp and light golden using the cooking guideline shown.
- Drain and serve.
