Lee explains: “McCain invited me to visit one of their farms to see how they grow longer, better tasting potatoes with the perfect consistency to craft the very best chips. I went in thinking it was going to be like all of the other farm visits I’ve been on but actually it was a real eye opener. The technology they use paired with the care and attention they give to their crops produces amazing results and you can see and taste that in the final product.
