How to Cook
For best results cook from frozen.
Deep Fry
- Place your McCain Sauté Potatoes in the hot oil.
- Fry until crisp and light golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
- Drain and serve.
Shallow Fry
- Place your McCain Sauté Potatoes in ¼" of medium hot oil.
- Fry until crisp and light golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
- Turn frequently to ensure even cooking.
- Drain and serve.
