How to Cook

For best results cook from frozen.

Deep Fry

  • Place your McCain Sauté Potatoes in the hot oil.
  • Fry until crisp and light golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
  • Drain and serve.

Shallow Fry

  • Place your McCain Sauté Potatoes in ¼" of medium hot oil.
  • Fry until crisp and light golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
  • Turn frequently to ensure even cooking.
  • Drain and serve.

From Frozen

Do not overcook.

Cooking directions based on 500g of product.

For different quantities adjust cooking time accordingly.

If thawed do not refreeze.
