How to Cook

For best results cook from frozen.

Oven

  1. Preheat oven, arrange your McCain Skins in a single layer on a baking tray and place in the upper half of the oven.
  2. Bake until crisp and golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
  3. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Deep Fry

  1. Place your McCain Skins in the hot oil.
  2. Fry until crisp and golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
  3. Drain and serve.

From Frozen
