How to Cook

For best results cook from frozen.

Deep Fry

  • Place your McCain Southern Fried Lattice Fries in the hot oil.
  • Fry until crisp and light golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
  • Drain and serve.

Oven

  • Preheat oven, arrange your McCain Southern Fried Lattice Fries in a single layer onto a baking tray and place in the upper half of the oven.
  • Bake until crisp and light golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
  • Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.
