How to Cook
For best results cook from frozen.
Deep Fry
- Place your McCain Southern Fried Lattice Fries in the hot oil.
- Fry until crisp and light golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
- Drain and serve.
Oven
- Preheat oven, arrange your McCain Southern Fried Lattice Fries in a single layer onto a baking tray and place in the upper half of the oven.
- Bake until crisp and light golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
- Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.
