McCain is inviting school caterers to visit stand L10 at next month’sLACA Exhibition 2012 and be the first to trial a range of exciting and inspirational new products, to share issues, discuss ideas, promotions and for advice on how to overcome
operational difficulties. This year’s exhibition is focused on the way school meal providers are adapting to the changing demands of the service while continuing to deliver exciting, great tasting and healthy food to thousands of school children every day. Even for the most innovative school caterer this is no easy feat, but there is support available. To help overcome some of these difficulties, McCain has developed some exciting new additions to the Alternatives range that will delight pupils, inspire cooks and revolutionise the preparation process. LACA is the fi rst time that the new products will be unveiled to the public and caterers are being invited to make up their own minds by taking part in
a taste test challenge. A range of recipes have also been developed to ensure easy incorporation into menus. In addition to extensive product sampling, there will also be a free prize draw for caterers visiting the stand, with a £100 Love2shop voucher up for grabs.
