This is a type of gum made from sugar and helps to hold our batter ingredients together.

This ingredient is produced by fermentation of sugar to balance and give lemony notes to the flavour.
Stabiliser E464
Comes from natural plant material. We use it to help our Rosti, Croquettes and Smiles stay in shape and minimise the oil absorbed.

This is added to keep the product bright over time.
