
Peri Peri chicken and McCain Classics Southern Fried Wedges
Ingredients

4x 200g chicken breasts
½ bottle garlic Peri Peri Pepper Sauce (from supermarket)
4x 150g portion of McCain Classics Southern Fried Wedges
Sour cream dip (if required)
Method
Main Dish
- To butterfly the chicken, split breast and pound lightly to flatten chicken.
- Place butterfly chicken in a bag and add ½ bottle Garlic Peri Peri Pepper Sauce.
- Marinate in bag for 3 hours refrigerated. Prepare grill or BBQ (medium heat).
- Grill until chicken is cooked through, turning to give even colour.
- Serve with green beans and McCain Classics Southern Fried Wedges.
