Peri Peri chicken and McCain Classics Southern Fried Wedges

 

Ingredients

Main Dish

4x 200g chicken breasts
½ bottle garlic Peri Peri Pepper Sauce (from supermarket)
4x 150g portion of McCain Classics Southern Fried Wedges
Sour cream dip (if required)

Method

Main Dish

  1. To butterfly the chicken, split breast and pound lightly to flatten chicken.
  2. Place butterfly chicken in a bag and add ½ bottle Garlic Peri Peri Pepper Sauce.
  3. Marinate in bag for 3 hours refrigerated. Prepare grill or BBQ (medium heat).
  4. Grill until chicken is cooked through, turning to give even colour.
  5. Serve with green beans and McCain Classics Southern Fried Wedges.
