4 fillet steaks (6-8oz)
For the peppercorn sauce:
1 (227ml) pot double cream
2 tablespoons black or green peppercorns
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brandy
1. Season the fillet steaks, heat a griddle pan until hot and the seasoned fillet steaks and cook for a few minutes on both sides until cooked to your liking. Remove the fillet steaks from the heat and set aside whilst making the peppercorn sauce.
2. Cook the Menu Signatures Gastro Chunky according to the cooking directions provided on pack.
3. Whilst the chips are cooking make the peppercorn sauce, use a small saucepan, heat cream over medium-low heat, being careful not to boil. Stir in peppercorns, Worcestershire sauce and brandy and simmer for 2 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
