4 sirloin steaks (8-10oz)
1. Generously season the sirloin steaks and put to one side, heat a griddle pan until hot add the seasoned steaks and cook for a few minutes on both sides until cooked to your liking. Remove the steaks from the heat and set aside whilst making the peppercorn sauce.
2. Cook the Menu Signatures Skin On Julienne fries according to the cooking directions provided on pack.
3. To serve place the steak alongside the fries, season the fries and add the salad garnish and a sauce of your choice.
