Barbeque ribs

Menu Signatures Sweet Potato Fries

12 Pork spare ribs

4 tbsp Clear honey

3 tbsp Soya sauce

3 tbsp Tomato ketchup

½ tsp Tabasco sauce

1 clove garlic

½ tsp Mustard powder

½ tsp Paprika

Salt & Pepper

Juice of one orange

4 tbsp White wine vinegar


1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/ gas mark 4

2. Grill the ribs under a high grill for 10-15 minutes turning frequently, until they are brown

3. Arrange them in a single layer in a roasting dish

4. Put the honey, soya sauce, ketchup and Tabasco sauce into a dish, Crush the garlic and add, season with mustard, paprika, salt & pepper, then add orange juice and wine vinegar, mix and pour over the ribs

5. Cook uncovered in an oven for 30 minutes

6. Cook the Menu Signatures Sweet Potato Fries as per pack instructions

7. Serves on a sharing platter for 2 with a crisp side salad.
