Menu Signatures Gastro Chunky Chips
4x chicken legs
2 stock cubes
2 tsp thyme
1. Pre heat the oven to 180oC
2. Slightly melt the butter so its soft, crumble in the stock cubes and beat well, add the thyme and mix further. Baste the four legs with the butter mixture place on a baking tray at oven bake for 35 minutes or until the chicken’s juices run clear. Baste the chicken with the juices halfway through cooking.
3. Once the chicken is cooked, rest to one side. Whilst the chicken is resting deep fry the Menu Signatures Gastro Chunky chips as per the cooking instructions provided.
4. To assemble, present the chips in a small bowl, add the chicken and garnish the plate with the salad garnish.
