500g minced beef
250g diced red onions
350g diced mixed peppers
250g diced butternut squash
200g diced courgettes
400g tinned mixed beans, drained and rinsed
1kg McCain Simply Potato Wedges (frozen)
500g Uncle Ben’s Chilli Con Carne Ready to Use Sauce
3tbsp sunflower oil
1. Fry the mince, onions and vegetables in half the oil.
2. Add the Uncle Ben’s Chilli Con Carne Ready to Use Sauce, beans and water and simmer for 20mins.
3. Pour into an ovenproof tray.
4. In a separate bowl mix the frozen McCain Simply Potato Wedges with the remaining oil and use to top the chilli.
5. Cook in Hobart Convection Steamer for 25 – 35 minutes @ 190°C – 30% steam, 70% dry heat.
