When cooked place in a large mixing bowl and mix with a ballon whisk, season to taste if required.
Recipe Recommendations for 2.5kg of Simply Mash
- Standard Mash – 300ml Skimmed milk; 10g Salted butter; 10g sea salt and pinch white pepper
- Luxury Mash – 250ml whole milk; 37g salted butter; 10g sea salt and pinch white pepper. Alternatively substitute milk with cream
Regen Cook
Place pre-made mash into trays and reheat in your usual cycle with lid on. Stir before serving
