Time and labour saving solution for chefs that prefer to cook from scratch
Prepared without oil and suitable for special diets where nutrition is important
Made from selected potatoes, simply peeled, blanched and chopped - as good as scratch made without the hassle or seasonal variety
Cook with herbs or mixed root vegetables to add menu variety
Can be stored frozen, or chilled for up to 3 days to help manage storage space

Last year’s growing season experienced exceptionally wet weather which has affected all agricultural crops, including potatoes. The challenging harvesting conditions have resulted in the presence of more natural potato defects. Defects are naturally occurring and are not harmful. We are continuing to work together with our growers across the country to maintain the highest standards of quality possible.
