Cooked in sunflower oil for better taste and lower saturated fat
For best results cook from CHILLED and hold under heated lights for up to 10 minutes before serving.
Deep Fry
Place your McCain Chippy Chips in the hot oil and shake basket gently half way through cooking to break up any clusters.
Fry until crisp and light golden using the cooking guidelines shown.
Drain and serve. These chips will have colour variation within the batch to replicate home made style chips

McCain Chippy Chips can be help for up to 20 – 25 minutes if wrapped in greaseproof paper and held in a hot cupboard
Do not overcook.
Cooking directions based on 500g.
For different quantities adjust cooking time accordingly.
If thawed do not refreeze
