Deep Fry
To achieve the lowest fat product please follow the Good Frying Practice guidelines carefully.
Always use good quality cooking oil.
Discard any oil that smokes or foams.
Heat the oil to 175°C (350°F).
Always cook from frozen.
Do not overload the basket.
As with any frozen chips the temperature of the oil should not drop more than 15 – 20 degrees during cooking.
Fry for 2 minutes until light golden, shake basket occasionally to ensure even cook.
Remove the basket from the oil and shake thoroughly over the fryer before emptying.
For even lower fat tip onto absorbent paper before serving.
Do not overcook.
Cooking directions based on 600g of product.
For different quantities adjust cooking time accordingly.
If thawed do not refreeze.
